1. Independent Accounting File Utility

BankFilePro provides browser-based file format conversion tools for standardized accounting interchange specifications (including OFX/Web Connect .QBO, Intuit Interchange Format .IIF, and RFC-4180 .CSV). BankFilePro is an independent software product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intuit Inc. or Quicken Inc.

2. Verification & Company File Backups

BankFilePro provides a free 10-transaction export on every statement specifically so you can test and verify formatting, sign polarity (+/-), dates, and account mapping in your target accounting software prior to importing large batches.

Important for .IIF users: Because QuickBooks Desktop imports .IIF files directly into your register without a staging screen, you agree to create a full local backup of your QuickBooks Company File (.QBW) before importing any .IIF file.

3. Pro Pass Licensing & Acceptable Use

A Pro Monthly Pass ($9/month) grants a single bookkeeper, accountant, or business user the right to unlock unlimited statement rows and batch merging across their personal work browsers. Automated reselling, public redistribution of license keys, or reverse-engineering of license endpoints may result in key revocation.

4. Disclaimer of Accounting Advice & Liability

BankFilePro is a technical file-formatting utility and does not provide tax, legal, or certified public accounting advice. The software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding a claim.
